Hi, Ian has just finished transferring my shop to Havenswift Hosting. He kept me informed at each step, resolving any problems as they occurred. I would highly recommend Ian and Havenswift Hosting to everyone. The shop is now up and running better, quicker and more stable than on the previous hosting company.

I can’t thank Ian enough for his very quick response in sorting out the problems that I had been experiencing with my website, and which was up and running safely within 24 hours of my initial enquiry. I now have Havenswift as my hosting company and I can get on with running my website, thanks to Ian and his company.

Our server used to be based in the States, but when purchasing a really useful mod, we were advised that it would improve our business if we moved to a CubeCart specialized, UK based host, and it really has.
Our online business has grown up to 4 times what it used to be and we get a far higher proportion of our orders from the UK which is our main target marketplace. The much higher number of site visits has also increased the number of phone enquiries as we are now easier to find in the UK.
Another great aspect to switching, is the customer service it is just OUT STANDING! We used to be with a massive server company and when ever there was a problem, it could take weeks to get it resolved. But with Havenswift Hosting, it usually gets resolved the same day, saving time, preventing stress, and saving money.
Overall would highly recommened to anyone starting up an online business or website.

You know how sometimes you encounter just the right person at just the right time? Ian from Havenswift Hosting was just such a person for me when I recently took over ownership of a small business. I inherited a business in a bit of a mess and with a pretty awful web appearance. I knew nothing about Cubecart software. I decided I could spend hours and hours trawling through forums, asking questions and waiting for responses... or I could take up Ian's offer to host and support my website.
One of the best decisions I have made with this business so far!
Ian has provided brilliant service and unbilled moral support! His response time is excellent, he is easy to communicate with and he has offered some invaluable advice.
Having support via Skype is a wonderful added bonus as I often work in the evenings, and as I live in Australia, Ian is at work at the same time!

I purchased the "Back In Stock Notification for CubeCart V4" mod yesterday, I woke up this morning and it was already installed when I got up!
This is my second mod from Havenswift, I also have "Email Template & Throttling Mod for CubeCart V4'', Ian is always polite and courteous even when I ask the silliest of questions.
This mod will save me time in replying to emails about when items will be in stock next, when I update my quantity above 0, the emails are automatically sent out to those who registered for them. This means I can update my order with a supplier before it's shipped out to me.
Fabulous mods and service, I will be back for sure!! :)

I would just like to say how much I appreciate the assistance Ian has given me so far. It's wonderful to have someone who is so willing to go out of their way like he has. Ian was able to transfer my website over from my previous host and repair an error that was preventing it from operating properly, all the while communicating with me all the way over here in Australia. Great work Ian!

It's a cliche, but if only we had discovered Havenswift sooner.
Our previous hosting company provided a sluggish and unreliable service with tardy support. Havenswift is the complete opposite.
We have also used them for a few mods for our Cubecart stores and everything works smoothly.
What's more - they are nice people.
10 out of 10!

Selling baby products online is very competative. We can't do much paid advertising as we need to keep our prices low so we need as much free expsoure as possible. Havenswift's Google Export Mod allows us to do exactly that. Ian has been first class, always responds to emails quickly and has bent over backwards trying to tweak the mod for us. Great service from a great company and I can't recommend them enough.
