Understanding your invoice

Invoices are generated automatically 30 days before the service renews, and are visible in the client area under Billing at any time, including all your past ones.

What is on it

Each line is one service for one billing period, with the period shown. A single invoice may cover several services if their renewal dates fall close together – that is normal and usually convenient.

Paying it

Open the invoice in the client area and choose a payment method. See How can I pay for the options and which we prefer. If you pay by bank transfer, quote the invoice number.

If something looks wrong

Do not simply ignore it – the overdue process runs on the date regardless of whether you are querying it. Open a support ticket, tell us which invoice and what looks wrong, and we will hold it while we sort it out.

Downloading for your records

Every invoice can be downloaded as a PDF from the client area. If your accountant needs them, they can all be retrieved at any time – you do not need to keep the emails.

Credit on your account

If you have a credit balance it is applied automatically to the next invoice. You can see it in the client area.

Changing the billing cycle

If you would rather pay annually instead of monthly, or the other way round, open a ticket and we will change it at the next renewal. Annual billing usually works out cheaper and means one payment to remember instead of twelve.
