How do I connect to my account using FTP

There are many FTP clients available including TurboFTP, SmartFTP, Cute FTP, WS FTP Pro among others. In order to connect to your account you should only need three things:

1. The hostname (domain name) or IP Address.
2. The login or userid associated with the hostname.
3. The password for the account.

Once you have this information, you can use any FTP client to log into your account.

Please remember that any files that you want visible on the internet need to be put in the public_html (or www) folder.
