Webmail is a way of accessing your mailbox using a browser which therefore means that you can check and send email anywhere you have internet access using a browser. This is also a great way of checking that you have the correct password for an email account if you are having problems connecting from within an email client like Outlook - if it is correct and you can login, then the problem lies with some of the other settings
The recommended way to connect to webmail is by using preferably https://www.your-domain.com/webmail or https://www.your-domain.com:2096
It is also possible to connect using https://servername.havenswift.co.uk:2096 (where the servername is the specific name of the server your account is currently hosted on but as this can change at any time, this is not a recommended way of accessing webmail).
At the prompt box which comes up, the user must enter the following:
User Name: the full email address (myemail@domain.com)
Password: the password for the email account in question
